JumpCloud has partnered with Expert Insights across various categories, including multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, mobile device management, Zero Trust and business password management to connect with buyers and generate sales enquiries. In this case study, JumpCloud’s Corporate Marketing Manager Josie Judy gives her feedback on the ongoing campaign.

What were your objectives when initially beginning your campaign with Expert Insights?

JumpCloud is a unique product that simplifies and consolidates many tasks for an IT admin, especially for those at small to medium-sized enterprises that don’t have a large IT staff or financial resources. With our breadth of features, and brand awareness being one of our largest opportunities, we were working on identifying a way to inform potential prospects about 1) everything JumpCloud’s platform can do for them, beyond what they may already have or know about us, and 2) how our product and the features within it compares to and can even replace the competitors that have a larger brand presence/have been around forever. 

How has Expert Insights helped your business to meet these objectives?

Expert Insights’ “best of” lists are a key driver for our brand awareness and organic search KPIs. As a top of funnel (awareness) lead driver, these lists favorably highlight JumpCloud and its features alongside our top competitors and organically enhance our rankings in other external lists that use Expert Insights as a source of truth. Being included in multiple lists for our different feature offerings have helped prospects learn that we do more than what they may have previously thought about us. For example, someone who thought of JumpCloud as their go-to single sign-on solution now knows that we can also handle their privileged access management (PAM), mobile device management (MDM), and even replace their legacy solutions. 

In your opinion, what sets Expert Insights apart from other demand gen campaigns you are running?

Expert Insights’ lists have been a great evergreen brand awareness tool. While other campaigns may run for a limited time, inclusion in Expert Insights lists have helped establish credibility across other publishers that produce similar rankings, and kept JumpCloud top of mind for product reviews and other content. Additionally, we’ve seen a positive impact in SEO. 

Would you recommend Expert Insights to colleagues or partners?

Yes! I’d recommend working with Expert Insights for many different organizations, especially those that focus on multiple product categories and want to effectively boost brand awareness and SEO. 

Do you have anything else to add about working with Expert Insights?

The Expert Insights’ team has been wonderful to work with over the last few years. Beyond the results we have seen, working with the team themselves has always been a comfortable, seamless, and straightforward process.
